Our Sunset Cottages are premium lake-front cottages with spectacular views.  Each cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen and dinette, private bathroom, furnished living room, and sleeps up to 6.  Outside is your own spacious veranda, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring.  Inside, the kitchen and dining area has a refrigerator/freezer, stove-top, microwave oven, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, plateware & Color TV with basic cable.  The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed in one bedroom, and a double and twin bed in the second bedroom.  The private bathroom has a shower stall (no bathtub), toilet, and sink with vanity.  The living rooms have either a sofa, sofa sleeper or futon.  The rental does not include towels & linens, but includes comforters & pillows.  

Sorry, but pets & smoking are not allowed in cottages.

Two-night minimum stays are required for non-holidays.  Three-night minimum stays for holiday periods.  One week minimum stays are generally required for July and August - we will accommodate daily rentals if available three weeks prior or if weeks are already "broken", call to inquire. 

A $200 cash security deposit is due at check-in, which is refundable after satisfactory inspection at check-out.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
All arrivals after 8:30 pm must call the office by 8:00 pm to provide an estimated time of arrival.  If you expect to arrive after 8:30 pm, as long as you call ahead to the office, we will generally wait for your arrival and allow you to check-in to your cottage. 

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Customers must place a minimum deposit to hold a reservation.  The minimum deposit guidelines are:  a 1-night deposit for a stay of less than 7 nights, 2-night deposit for a stay of 7 nights or longer, 3-night deposit for holiday bookings, and 25% deposit for a monthly or seasonal booking.  Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received. 

All cancellations will be subject to a minimum $20 cancellation fee.  For >= 14-days notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit (subject to the $20 minimum cancellation fee);  the balance will be refunded to the customer.  For less than 14-days notice (including no-shows), the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit.  Note:  If a customer places a deposit greater than the minimum deposit, then later cancels the reservation, the cancellation fee will be based on the minimum deposit required.  There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

Notes:
¹  Off-Peak Daily Rates apply May 15 - May 22, May 26 - June 26, Sept 1 - Oct 14
   (and do not apply on holiday weekends).
²  Peak Daily Rates apply July 6 - August 28.
³  2008 Holiday Rates apply on the following dates:  May 23 - May 26 (departure on),
    June 27 - July 6 (departure on), and August 29 - Sept 1 (departure on).
    Holiday reservations for Memorial Day & Labor Day require a minimum of 3 nights.
    Holiday reservations for the July 4th week require a 3-night minimum, and for a stay
    including the night of July 4th itself requires a stay which includes the nights of
    Thursday 7/3, Friday 7/4, and Saturday 7/5.
⁴   Weekly rates for peak season are based on "pay for 6 nights, get the 7th night
    free";  no further discounts will be applied.
    Weekly rates for off-peak season are based on 7 nights at posted discounted rates.
⁵   Monthly and Seasonal rates are considered discounted rates; no further discounts
    can be applied.

Sales tax, currently 7.75%, applies to rental periods of less than 7 days.
