RV Sites
Rates & Policies

We have 305 RV Sites, with 70 of our sites right on the water. Every RV site has full hookups - water, sewer, electric 30/50 amp, and basic cable TV. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Rates are based on two people, 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. Please see our Visitors Rates if you plan to have more than 2 people on your site. Maximum 8 people per site. Tents are not permitted. Vehicle washing on site is not permitted.

We welcome truck campers, pop-up tent trailers, travel trailers, 5th wheels, class C motor coaches, class B motor coaches, and class A motor coaches. (Tent camping is not permitted.)

Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

All arrivals after 8:30 pm must call the office by 8:00pm to provide an estimated time of arrival. Arrivals after 8:30 pm may be required to park overnight in the office registration parking. During the holidays and peak months of July & August, if you call ahead to the office, we will generally wait for your arrival and allow you to check-in to your site after 8:30 pm as long as there is some daylight left. Early arrivals and late departures may be available for an additional fee @ $3.00/hour and can only be given based on availability.

Spring & Fall Discounts, for non-holiday periods: 20% off for May, 20% off for June 1-19, 20% off for September, 20% off for October. Discounts only apply to site rates, not for additional charges, such as guest fees and 50 amp surcharge. No coupons are necessary - just be sure to mention this discount when booking your reservation.
Weekly, monthly, seasonal rates are already considered discounted rates; no further discounts can be applied.

Notes:¹ Off-Peak Daily Rates apply May 15 - May 22, May 26 - June 26, Sept 1 - Oct 14
   (and do not apply on holiday weekends).
² Peak Daily Rates apply July 6 - August 28.
³ 2008 Holiday Rates apply on the following dates: May 23 - May 26 (departure on),
    June 27 - July 6 (departure on), and August 29 - Sept 1 (departure on). Holiday reservations for
    Memorial Day & Labor Day require a minimum of 3 nights. Holiday reservations for the July 4th week
    require a 3-night minimum, and for a stay including the night of July 4th itself requires a stay which includes
    the nights of Thursday 7/3, Friday 7/4, and Saturday 7/5.
⁴Weekly rates for peak season are based on "pay for 6 nights, get the 7th night free"; weekly rates for
    off-peak season are based on 7 discounted nights. No further discounts for peak season can be applied.⁵Plus metered electric per kilowatt hour. Monthly and Seasonal rates are considered discounted rates;
    no further discounts can be applied.
⁶20/30 amp electric is included in the above posted rates. The $5 per night surcharge applies for 50-amp
    electric usage.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Customers must place a minimum deposit to hold a reservation. The minimum deposit guidelines are: a 1-night deposit for a stay of less than 7 nights, 2-night deposit for a stay of 7 nights or longer, 3-night deposit for holiday bookings, and 25% deposit for a monthly or seasonal booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received.

All cancellations will be subject to a minimum $20 cancellation fee. For >= 14-days notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit (subject to the $20 minimum cancellation fee); the balance will be refunded to the customer. For less than 14-days notice (including no-shows), the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit. Note: If a customer places a deposit greater than the minimum deposit, then later cancels the reservation, the cancellation fee will be based on the minimum deposit required. There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

Descriptions of RV Site Classifications (hint: click on descriptions for photo examples of site classes)
Standard	These RV sites have 2-3 rows of RV's between you and the shoreline. These sites are the most in-land of our sites...but keep in mind that you are generally no more than 200 yards from the shoreline.
Lakeview	These RV sites have 1 row of RV's between you and the shoreline. They are generally across the road from Premium Lakefront sites.
Pull-Thru (aka Lakeview PT)	These RV sites have 1-2 rows of RV's between you and the shoreline. They are generally across the road from Premium Lakefront sites. For these "pull-thru" sites, you can enter and exit the site by driving thru your site.
Marina-Front	These RV sites have no RV's between you and the shoreline, and have frontage along our marina.
Premium Pull-Thru (aka Lakefront PT or Marina-Front PT)	These RV sites have no RV's between you and the shoreline, and either have direct lake frontage in front of your site or have frontage along our marina. These RV sites are among our most requested/popular sites. For these "pull-thru" sites, you can enter and exit the site by driving thru your site.
Premium Lakefront	These RV sites are our most popular sites. There are no RV's between you and the shoreline, and have direct lake frontage in front of your site.
